WHO IS metropack?

Metropack is an independent laboratory specializing in physical testing of packaging intended for transportation.

Parcels, cartons, or pallets are subjected to realistic distribution conditions such as drops, vibrations, humidity, and extreme temperatures to verify their strength, compliance, and performance.

All tests are conducted according to recognized standards (COFRAC, ISTA, ISO) and result in detailed technical reports, which are often required for quality certifications or to secure shipments.

Metropack supports manufacturers in sensitive sectors—pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food processing, and luxury goods—in the validation, optimization, and approval of their packaging solutions.

THEIR NEEDS

Metropack needed an ERP solution capable of managing their strict quality requirements, particularly those related to the COFRAC standard.

They were looking for an expert partner able to customize Odoo to the specificities of their business, with advanced customizations to replace their previous quality management tool.

The project was entrusted to Captivea France Nord, whose specialty is supporting clients using the Odoo Community edition. Captivea was able to meet these needs thanks to its strong expertise in Odoo and deep knowledge of regulated environments.
