WHO IS SOREDA-DIET ?

SOREDA DIET is a French company that has specialized for over 20 years in manufacturing organic and gluten-free food products. It combines recognized expertise, traditional production methods, and a dedicated workshop that guarantees the absence of gluten traces. Through its brands, including Biorevola and Glutabye, SOREDA DIET offers a wide range of safe, certified, and delicious products, meeting both medical needs and the dietary choices of conscious consumers.

SUS NECESIDADES

Migration from their previous EBP ERP (access cut off on 04/15/2026) to Odoo v19 SaaS. Food industry client (gluten-free products + Yerba Mate), with 3 brands: BioRevola, Glutabaye, and La Bombia. Phase 1 scope covers BioRevola and Glutabaye only (La Bombia postponed to phase 2). Go-live took place on March 2, 2026, currently in hypercare/support. Key requirements: full sales cycle (quote→order→delivery note→invoice), batch traceability plus best-before/expiry dates on finished products only, customization of delivery notes (number of cartons, net/gross weight, batch numbers), and carrier integration.
