Before the project, the company had to manage a wide and ever-evolving catalog of fabrics, colors and product variants with processes that were not fully integrated. Production tracking, fabric visualization and follow-up of customer orders required multiple tools and manual work, making it harder to have a clear, real-time view of stock, manufacturing and sales.

A phased Odoo ERP project starting with an in-depth analysis
Captivea first performed a complete analysis of Grège SAS’s Odoo environment to secure a solution fully aligned with their artisanal business. Through business discovery and themed workshops with different teams and domains, Captivea clarified feasibility, confirmed the project budget, defined how and when each step would be delivered and produced detailed deliverable documents. This analysis prepared the deployment of Odoo Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Accounting, Invoicing and Sales to automate transactions, centralize data, optimize stock and production flows and provide faster, more reliable information for decisions.
