Received applications are displayed in a Kanban view, with columns representing each stage of the process: submission, screening, interviews, offer, and hiring. Each company can customize these stages to fit their workflow. Recruiters can easily move candidates from one stage to another using drag-and-drop. It’s also possible to automate actions at certain stages, such as sending emails or creating follow-up tasks.

Preselection tools and resumes

Each candidate profile allows direct viewing of the submitted resume, and Odoo can automatically extract contact details (name, email, phone number).
