Required Skills |
| Bachelor’s degree (2–3 years of higher education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields |
| Initial experience in HR (including internships or apprenticeships) |
| Basic knowledge of labor law |
Strong sense of confidentiality, attention to detail, and organizational skills |
Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset |
Excellent command of French (spoken and written); English is a plus |
Knowledge of the Odoo ERP system is an advantage |
