Captivea is looking for a bilingual French/English Customer Success Manager to strengthen client satisfaction follow-up, develop client references, and structure internal client knowledge.
Missions |
| Conduct satisfaction surveys with clients (via email or short calls) to gather feedback and ensure projects follow Captivea’s methodology. |
| Identify, in collaboration with Sales, Consulting, and Project Management teams, clients who could become references (testimonials, videos, blog articles, feedback, etc.). |
Contribute to the writing and coordination of client-related content with the Marketing team. |
Structure, enrich, and maintain an up-to-date client database useful for internal teams (industries, company size, ROI, contacts, feedback, existing cases, etc.). |
Address internal needs by providing a clear overview of existing client cases. |
Required Profile |
| Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. |
| Strong proficiency in IT tools and a keen interest in technology. |
| Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service mindset, and professional demeanor. |
Rigor, organization, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. |
Strong writing and synthesis skills. |
High sensitivity to client satisfaction and the quality of the client experience. |
