Captivea, an international integrator of the Odoo ERP solution and a key player in digital transformation, continues to grow and is strengthening its sales teams.
We are looking for a Trainer / coach SDR, either French or English-speaking, who is passionate about B2B cold calling and team coaching, to support the acceleration of our LeadGen strategy.
Responsibilities |
Train and support our sales development representative teams on a daily basis, across different markets (French-speaking and English-speaking), in best practices for cold outreach (cold calling, cold chatting, objection handling, appointment setting). |
Onboard and train new team members to ensure fast and measurable skill development. |
Monitor the performance of each SDR, analyze KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, appointment rate, etc.), and propose improvement actions to enhance team performance. |
Design, structure, and facilitate an innovative learning program: Thematic workshops, role-playing, call simulations/listening sessions, experience-sharing sessions. |
Analyze existing practices, identify friction points, and recommend innovative solutions to boost performance. |
Contribute to team energy and momentum, bringing drive and a winning mindset to daily workshops. |
Profile |
Proven experience (minimum 3–4 years) in a call center or B2B cold calling company, ideally in an international environment. |
Strong command of cold calling techniques, with tangible results to back it up. |
Excellent communicator: energetic, pedagogical, and inspiring. |
You know how to share your enthusiasm and rally a team! |
Ability to design impactful training programs and run dynamic workshops. |
Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and challenge-driven. |
Experience with CRM tools and digital prospecting platforms is a plus. |
Fluency in French or English is mandatory. |
