Lead qualifier

As a Lead Qualifier, you are the strategic partner of our SDR team. 

You do not make calls.

You prepare the ground so that our SDRs focus on one thing only: calling.

As part of an international team, your mission is to turn a simple list into a machine generating qualified meetings — from LinkedIn sourcing to clean delivery into Odoo.

Responsibilities

1. SOURCE (Sourcing)

  • Identify target decision-makers on LinkedIn (CEO, COO, IT Manager) according to each campaign’s criteria
  • Build clean, structured lead lists by industry and persona, with no duplicates against the CRM

2. ENRICH (Data)

  • Find and verify complete contact details for each lead:
    valid professional email address AND direct phone number

Your goal: reliable, verified data that is 100% ready to dial.

3. PREPARE (Delivery)

  • Import enriched leads into Odoo, in the correct campaign, with no stage errors or duplicates
  • Deliver daily call-ready lists to our US SDR team, with the right information in the right fields

4. REPORT (Tracking)

  • Track weekly volumes and enrichment quality (email and phone validity rates)
  • Report field challenges (dry sources, empty sectors) to continuously improve the process with SDR Trainers

Required skills & Qualifications

Bilingual is mandatory:
Excellent written French, solid reading and writing English (US-based contacts)
Research Mindset:
You find information others miss, on LinkedIn and across the web
Precision & Discipline:
Comfortable with high-volume, detail-oriented work — accuracy is non-negotiable
Digital Fluency:

Fast and efficient with LinkedIn, Excel and web tools (no coding required)

Autonomy:

You follow processes independently and raise issues when blocked
