We are recruiting a Financial and BI Analyst for a dual role: optimizing the group’s performance and contributing to our clients’ BI projects. You will be involved in coordinating data integration, cost analysis, budget preparation, and collaboration with various teams in support of the group’s mission. You will also be responsible for analyzing, sizing, and designing dashboards for client projects.
Responsibilities
- Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Design, automate, and maintain financial and operational dashboards using Odoo Spreadsheets (equivalent to Power BI).
- Improve and optimize reporting tools to ensure effective financial and operational performance management.
- Coordinate the integration and automation of data flows between different entities via Odoo. - Financial Analysis & Performance Management
- Analyze overhead costs and make recommendations for cost optimization.
- Contribute to the development, monitoring, and improvement of management budgets.
- Conduct profitability analyses, including cost prices, margins, freight costs, and selling prices.
- Participate in defining pricing strategies and performing related profitability analyses.
- Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions. - Implementation of the Business Intelligence Business Unit
- Participate in the sizing and scoping of BI projects.
- Carry out project analyses with clients and the BU Manager.
- Ensure project implementation, as well as training and support for deployed dashboards.
Required skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, Data Analytics, or Management Information Systems.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in financial analysis, automated reporting, or management control.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI or equivalent) and management software.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Rigorous, well-organized, with strong critical-thinking skills and a solid understanding of financial issues.
- Strong interest in data and in optimizing decision-making tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to understand the needs and challenges of different departments.
