As part of strengthening our HR team, we are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to support the day-to-day recruitment process.
As a key member of the team, you will assist the recruitment team in implementing both local and international hiring processes by contributing to candidate sourcing, selection, and follow-up, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and meeting the specific requirements of each market.
Key Responsibilities |
| Publish job postings and ensure they are regularly updated in collaboration with recruiters |
| Perform initial CV screening based on defined criteria |
| Conduct phone pre-screenings |
Support recruiters throughout the entire recruitment cycle to ensure a smooth process and an excellent candidate experience (schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, coordinate interview logistics, etc.) |
Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) |
Suggest improvements to the recruitment process |
Conduct sourcing activities when needed |
Ensure the quality and reliability of candidate data |
Profile |
| Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field |
| Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in recruitment or HR is required |
| Strong written and verbal communication skills |
Service-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills |
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously |
Proficiency with IT tools (ATS, Excel, etc.) |
Fluent in French and intermediate level in English |
