We are looking for a Junior HR Officer to support the smooth running of daily HR activities. The main mission is to ensure rigorous management of administrative tasks related to personnel, maintain close relationships with employees, and contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives alongside the HR Manager.
Missions |
| Manage administrative onboarding: welcoming new hires, CNAPS/Ostie registration, preparing and drafting contracts and legal documents, and monitoring the integration of new employees. |
| Manage and update personnel files and all employee-related information. |
| Handle requests for administrative documents (employment certificates, various attestations, etc.). |
Manage leave and absences. |
Handle health insurance, mutual insurance, provident schemes, and other employee benefits in accordance with local regulations. |
Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding administrative or HR-related questions. |
Follow up on employee performance evaluations. |
Contribute to the preparation of payroll variables. |
Profile |
| Bachelor’s degree (BAC +3) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. |
| A first successful experience in HR. |
| Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data. |
Organized, autonomous, proactive, resourceful, and strong interpersonal skills. |
Ability to collaborate effectively and actively engage in HR missions. |
Excellent command of French. |
Good command of office tools (Microsoft Office, etc.). |
