Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the Junior HR Officer participates in the administrative management of human resources and the monitoring of HR processes. He/she supports employees with day-to-day administrative matters and contributes to the smooth operation of HR activities across the various subsidiaries.

Required Skills and Qualifications |
| Bachelor's degree (2–3 years of higher education) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field |
| Initial experience in HR (internship, apprenticeship, or first professional role), ideally in personnel administration |
| Strong interest in personnel administration and human resources topics |
High level of accuracy, organizational skills, and respect for confidentiality |
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills |
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously |
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn |
Knowledge of Odoo is an advantage |
Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken, is mandatory |
Proficiency in Spanish would be a significant asset |
Experience in an international or multicultural environment would be an added advantage |
