As an international recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talents globally to meet the organizational needs of Captivea. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment policies and practices, as well as knowledge of international cultures and labor markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the overall recruitment process: posting job vacancies, screening candidates, interviewing with managers to understand desired profiles, conducting initial interviews with candidates, and preparing interview reports.
- Understand and apply recruitment processes defined with the HRD and HR Manager.
- Implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates globally, using a variety of recruitment channels.
- Actively search for talent through databases, professional networks, recruitment events, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Evaluate applications based on skills, experience, organizational culture fit, and specific job requirements, conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Significant previous experience in international recruitment, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in French and advanced English level.
- Strong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills.
