As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our client portfolio.
You will be responsible for customer retention and business development, while supporting our clients in the successful delivery of their Odoo projects.

| Manage a portfolio of existing clients and build strong, long-term relationships of trust. |
| Monitor project progress, analyze usage, and identify new needs to optimize their use of Odoo, while proposing new services (Web, AI, BI). |
Act as the client’s main point of contact and support them in their development. |
Requirement |
| Ensure regular follow-up (meetings, calls, emails). |
| Handle contractual management (renewals, proposals, negotiations) and present new offers. |
| Anticipate risks of dissatisfaction and provide quick solutions. |
Collaborate with internal teams (production, technical, support, etc.). |
Ensure the proper execution of projects or services. |
Communicate client needs to the relevant teams. |
Keep CRM information up to date. |
Provide reports to management. |
Desired Profile |
| 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B account management or account development in service sales, ideally in enterprise software or digital transformation. |
| Excellent ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships. |
| Strong autonomy, initiative, and ability to work in a flexible environment with minimal supervision. |
Strong results orientation. |
Fluent French. |
