| Responsibilities | 
| Handle appointments set by the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) | 
| Understand prospects’ needs and offer the right solutions | 
| Negotiate, handle objections, and close sales | 
| Support and lead a team of SDRs | 
| Profile required | 
| Degree in business, management, or a related field | 
| Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B, with strong skills in negotiation and contract closing | 
| Ability to understand and present complex solutions | 
| Autonomy, attention to detail, drive for challenges, team spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills | 
| Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software |
