The Project Manager – Methodology & Quality Coordinator will work in support of the Director of Quality and ERP Knowledge, with the mission of structuring and strengthening the efficiency of project teams.
Their role will be to bring Captivea’s project methodology to life on a daily basis, ensuring both compliance with internal processes, the quality of Odoo ERP projects, and the training of internal teams in our methods. They will also work with all group subsidiaries internationally, in both French and English.
Main responsibilities |
Train, support, and coach teams on CAPTIVEA’s project methodology. |
Monitor daily compliance with the methodology across projects. |
Conduct project reviews and produce accurate reports. |
Read and interpret data from our automated tracking system and explain discrepancies when necessary. |
Participate in internal quality surveys (compliance with phases, client validation). |
Report anomalies, deviations, or critical issues to the Director of Quality and ERP Knowledge. |
Profile required |
At least 3 years of solid experience in IT project management, ideally in an IT environment or consulting firm, preferably in software integration (ERP experience is a strong plus). |
Mandatory experience in client relationship management. |
Strong command of project management, with the ability to apply and enforce methodology rigorously. |
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with both internal teams and clients. |
Fluent in both French and English. |
Good knowledge of project management tools. |
Experience with Odoo is a valued asset. |
