As a Campaign Manager, you are the conductor of our global prospecting campaigns (France, Switzerland, Singapore, Canada…).
You don’t just launch emails — you build machines that generate qualified meetings.
Integrated into a team of experts (Data, Training, AI), your role is to transform strategic vision into flawless execution, from the first word of the script to the final KPI analysis.
Responsabilidades |
| 1. PLAN (Strategy) - You interview our experts (Sales, Consultants) to understand the pain points of our target audiences. - You define the angle of attack, the value proposition, and the messaging for each new campaign. |
| 2. ENGAGE (Copywriting) - You write impactful email sequences (Cold Emails) and LinkedIn messages in both French and English. Your goal: Break the norms, capture attention, and make people want to talk to us. |
| 3. ORCHESTRATE (Coordination) - You coordinate various teams: briefing the Data team for list-building, collaborating with SDR Trainers to update scripts. - You ensure alignment and quality before every campaign launch. |
4. OPTIMIZE (Data) - You track the KPIs of your campaigns (Response Rate, Meetings Booked, Conversion). - You analyze what performs and what fails to propose continuous improvements. |
Profile |
| Essential Bilingual Skills: Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written. |
| Marketing Penmanship: Proven experience in copywriting and campaign writing (Emailing, Automation, Social Media). |
| Project Management Mindset: You are rigorous, organized, and able to manage complex schedules. |
Tech-Savvy: Strong appetite for digital tools and marketing automation platforms (Odoo, HubSpot, etc.) is essential. |
Growth-Oriented Eye: Strong marketing culture with an analytical mindset to interpret data. |
