Recruitment strategy - Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Analyze labor market trends to adjust recruitment approaches accordingly. - Collaborate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and plan future recruitments. - Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes. |
Recruitment activities - Oversee the entire recruitment process: job postings, candidate screening, collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements, conducting initial interviews, and preparing interview reports. - Assess applications based on skills, experience, organizational fit, and role-specific requirements through phone, video, and in-person interviews. - Actively source candidates using databases, professional networks, recruitment events, social media, and other platforms. - Organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, open houses, and career days. - Leverage online recruitment tools and social media platforms to maximize job posting reach. |
Recruitment Team Management - Delegate tasks and ensure objectives are met. - Train, support, and guide recruiters in their development. |
Required skills & Qualifications |
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or Business Administration |
Proven experience in international recruitment |
Strong knowledge of employment market dynamics and current HR trends |
Fluent in English (written and spoken) |
