Video Content Manager

• 1. Video Production & Content Creation

  • Design, produce, and edit impactful videos for the group’s various subsidiaries (corporate, marketing, HR, events, products, etc.).
  • Propose creative formats, concepts, and video storytelling aligned with marketing and communication objectives.
  • Ensure the technical and creative quality of productions (image, sound, editing, pacing).

• 2. Visual Identity & Brand Guidelines

  • Apply and adapt CAPTIVEA’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all video content.
  • Ensure visual and editorial consistency of produced content, regardless of the distribution channel.
  • Adapt videos to different formats and platforms (website, social media, internal presentations, marketing campaigns).

• 3. Coordination & Video Needs Management

  • Centralize, analyze, and coordinate video requests from the Marketing Manager and Country Project Managers.

  • Prioritize requests based on strategic importance and deadlines.

  • Act as the internal video expert and point of reference for teams.

  • Design, structure, and continuously update the group’s video asset library.

• 4. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with various teams within Captivea.
  • Provide teams with the necessary video assets for their activities (campaigns, presentations, social media, events).
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects related to the group’s brand image and communication.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in audio production and video editing tools.
• Good understanding of digital distribution constraints (formats, durations, platforms).
• Experience in shooting (photo & video).
• Strong visual sense and graphic sensitivity.
