Social media specialist - Lead generator

Integrated into Captivea’s “Sales Machine,” you are our elite hunter on social networks. Where others rely on the phone, your weapon is the keyboard.

Your mission is to go find prospects where they are already talking (LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Communities), start conversations, detect opportunities, and book meetings for our Sales Managers.

This is not community management; this is conversational selling.

Responsabilidades

1. Detection & Sourcing
a) Identify target prospects (CEOs, CFOs, Operations Managers) on LinkedIn and Facebook.
b) Monitor weak signals: comments on competitors’ posts, questions in ERP/Management help groups, job changes.
c) Scrape and qualify these leads in our Odoo CRM.
2. Cold Chatting & Engagement
a) Send connection requests and highly personalized outreach messages.
b) Start conversations in a natural, “non-salesy” way at first to build trust.
c) Use written “Pattern Interrupt” techniques to stand out from spam.
2. Conversion
a) Qualify needs through chat.
b) Turn digital conversations into qualified appointments in the Sales Managers’ calendars.
c) Perform follow-up to ensure attendance at the meeting (Anti–No-Show).

Profile

Persuasive writer: Your spelling is impeccable. You can adapt your tone—professional on LinkedIn, more relaxed but still business-oriented on Facebook.
Social intelligence: You know how to “read” a written conversation. You know when to follow up, when to make a joke, and when to close.
Hunter: You never give up. A “seen” without reply is not a failure, it’s an invitation to get more creative with your follow-up.

Tech-savvy: You are comfortable with social networks, messaging tools, and CRM systems.
