Centralizing a growing baby and maternity retail business
Magasin Zazakely is a retail brand based in Madagascar, specializing in products for babies, children, and expectant mothers, offering a curated range of clothing, accessories and essential items for young children and new parents.
Before the project, the main store had to manage sales, stock and administration with processes that were not fully centralized, making it harder to track sales performance by salesperson and to obtain reliable, consolidated information for day-to-day decisions.

Captivea Madagascar began by performing a complete analysis of Magasin Zazakely’s Odoo environment, with business discovery and themed workshops to understand their processes, create detailed deliverable documents, present them, and handle feedback. On this foundation, Odoo ERP was deployed with the Accounting, Employees, Sales, Point of Sale and Inventory applications to centralize financial and accounting data, manage staff, streamline sales and in-store operations, and ensure real-time inventory visibility.
