The context
Replacing a limited accounting tool with a scalable Odoo ERP foundation
Copefrito is a company based in Tulear, Madagascar, specializing in artisanal fishing and seafood processing for export markets that require high standards of freshness, quality, and traceability.
Before the project, Copefrito relied on an old accounting tool that had become too limited to support their growth, made financial management less reliable, and restricted their ability to structure processes and gain clear visibility on their activities.
