Responsibilities |
Operational Responsibilities: Responsible for HR management and personnel administration within the company. 1. Personnel Administration, Payroll, and Benefits Management: - Manage employee records (contracts, amendments, absences, leave, etc.) - Oversee payroll processing - Monitor social and tax declarations in accordance with Malagasy legislation - Manage relationships with social security bodies and external partners (Cnaps, Ostie, health insurance providers, public institutions, etc.) 2. Implementation of HR Policies and Legal Monitoring: - Apply HR policies and processes decided at the group level - Legal monitoring and compliance: Ensure continuous legal monitoring of labor law developments and ensure HR practices comply with applicable legislation. 3. Social Relations Management and Dialogue with Employee Representative Bodies: - Lead meetings with employee representatives and related bodies - Handle conflicts and HR-related issues within the company - Advise and support managers in the day-to-day management of human resources - Ensure implementation and monitoring of internal regulations and collective agreements - Monitor disciplinary actions and HR procedures |
HR Team Management: 2. Reporting and Communication: - Ensure regular reporting of relevant HR information - Contribute to internal communication on HR matters |
Required skills |
Bachelor's degree (minimum Bac+3) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field |
Proven experience (5 years minimum) in human resources management |
Proficiency in personnel administration and payroll management |
Ability to lead social dialogue and manage relationships with social partners |
Team management skills and the ability to foster skills development |
Strong communication and conflict management skills |
Organizational skills and attention to detail |
