Campaign manager

Captivea, an international Odoo ERP integrator and a key player in digital transformation, continues its growth and is strengthening its teams.

We are looking for a French- or English-speaking Campaign Manager who is passionate about B2B prospecting and managing multi-channel campaigns to support the acceleration of our LeadGen strategy.

Your responsibilities

Design, plan, and manage targeted prospecting campaigns by industry, using email, LinkedIn, and cold calling channels.
Write and adjust prospecting messages according to target profiles, and test different versions to see which one works best.
Coordinate the implementation of multichannel campaigns with stakeholders (Web & Social Media Marketing Team, SDRs).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, response rates, number of meetings, etc.) and suggest optimizations.

Ensure consistency and quality of the prospect experience across all channels.

Profile

Background in Marketing.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in managing B2B prospecting campaigns, ideally in a SaaS or IT environment.
Excellent writing skills in French or English, with the ability to adjust tone according to the target audience.

Proficiency with marketing automation tools, Odoo CRM, Marketing Automation, and prospecting platforms (Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, etc.)

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.

Team spirit and autonomy.

Full professional proficiency in French or English.
