Ph Distribution is an independent HVAC and renewable energy distributor supporting installer partners with real stock, technical expertise, and regulatory guidance from its base in Noisy-le-Grand, France.
Before the Odoo project, PH DISTRIBUTION managed its commercial activity, purchasing, inventory, and accounting with fragmented tools and manual processes, making day-to-day operations and growth ambitions harder to secure and monitor.

An Odoo ERP built on a thorough analysis phase
Captivea France began with an in-depth analysis of PH DISTRIBUTION's Odoo environment, conducting business discovery workshops by theme and by team, producing detailed deliverables, presenting them and incorporating feedback to confirm feasibility, budget, approach and timeline before rolling out the Odoo ERP package across sales, CRM, inventory, purchasing, expenses and accounting.
