Pêcherie du Sud Ltd operates across the entire seafood value chain in Mauritius and Madagascar, from fishing and aquaculture to processing, packaging, and marketing for local and international markets.
Before the project, Pêcherie du Sud was running on a community version of Odoo ERP that had become unstable and was no longer suited to the specific requirements of its fishing and seafood processing activities, creating risks for day-to-day operations and group-level coordination.
