Your responsibilities
Needs analysis
Understand hiring needs in collaboration with hiring managers.
Job postings & applications
Publish job postings and manage applications.
Sourcing
Source talent through a range of recruitment channels.
Interviews & follow-up
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates, prepare interview feedback and track each hiring process end to end.
Continuous improvement
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
