About Captivea

Captivea group: who we are and how we work

Captivea is an international group of Odoo experts who help organisations structure their growth with a business-ready system, not just technology. We connect consulting, implementation and long-term support so that your Odoo environment reflects how your teams really work and delivers measurable outcomes across finance, sales, operations and customer service.

Let's speak about your project

Our solution

An Odoo backbone aligned with your growth

We help you use Odoo as the central system that runs your operations, then extend it with the right integrations and analytics for your context. Instead of multiplying disconnected tools, we design a target architecture with Odoo at the core, select the applications that fit your industry and maturity, connect them to your existing ecosystem and turn your data into clear insights for everyday decisions.

Five expertises carry that work: business consulting to frame it, ERP to run it, web and marketing to sell through it, artificial intelligence to automate it and business intelligence to steer it.

Our story

From a conviction to an international Odoo group

The Captivea group was created from a clear observation: many organisations could not fully benefit from powerful software because projects were driven by technology instead of business reality. Our first teams focused on understanding client processes and constraints before proposing tools, and as Odoo proved to be a versatile, integrated platform, we built our expertise project after project around it.

Today we are structured by industries and business functions, with local entities that keep their autonomy while sharing methods and experience across borders. What drives us is making sure every client gains visibility, frees up time for higher-value work and builds an Odoo-based system that can evolve over the years rather than being replaced every few cycles.

Our values

What guides every project

Customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction for us means being reachable, transparent and solution-oriented at every step. During an Odoo rollout, for example, we organise regular steering committees with business and IT stakeholders, share clear status reports and propose concrete options when priorities change so that decisions are made on facts, not assumptions.

Performance

Performance is about impact for both our teams and our clients. Internally, we track how we deliver on time and manage risks; for clients, we measure effects on indicators like lead times or error rates. A typical example is redesigning a sales-to-invoice flow in Odoo to remove manual re-entry, then tracking the reduction in processing time and mistakes once the new process is live.

Cultural diversity

Cultural diversity is one of our strengths as an international group. Project teams can include consultants from several countries who bring different views on regulations, working styles and customer expectations, leading to richer discussions and Odoo solutions that respect local realities while staying aligned with a global model.

Our conviction

Two things we will not trade away

Implementations built around your people

Technology should adapt to people and processes, not the other way round. Every Captivea implementation starts with workshops to understand how your teams actually work, followed by a phased plan focused on quick, measurable benefits, configuration kept close to standard Odoo so upgrades remain affordable, training tailored to each audience, and continuous improvement after go-live.

Consulting that stays connected to reality

We combine business understanding and technical know-how so recommendations can actually be implemented: clarifying your digital priorities, analysing your existing systems and data flows, choosing the right Odoo modules and third-party tools, and defining governance that suits your organisation. Pragmatic, staged plans rather than theoretical roadmaps.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We are an Odoo Gold Partner: we help organisations choose, implement and run Odoo, and we extend it with the integrations, analytics and automation their business needs. That covers consulting before the project, delivery during it, and support and improvement for as long as the system is in use — which is usually the part that decides whether an ERP was worth it.

Most of our clients are SMEs and mid-market companies, with some international groups running multi-country rollouts. The honest answer depends less on headcount than on whether your processes justify an integrated system: a company of thirty people with complex production flows is a better fit than one of three hundred that only needs invoicing.

Each has its own legal entity, its own CEO and its own teams, so you deal with people in your country, your language and your time zone. What is shared is the methodology, the tools and access to the group's specialists and delivery centres. Local autonomy, common standards across borders.

Yes. We open branches with entrepreneurs and with existing Odoo integrators who want the group's marketing, sales support, methodology, back office and legal services behind them — as an executive employee, a shareholder or an independent professional. The models and what each one involves are on the join the network page.

With a conversation, not a demo. Tell us what is slowing you down today and what you are trying to change; we will tell you whether Odoo is the right answer and what a first phase would look like. If it is not the right answer, that is a useful thing to learn in an hour rather than after a project.
