Understand recruitment needs in collaboration with hiring managers.
Job postings & applications
Post job openings and manage applications.
Sourcing
Source talent through a variety of recruitment channels.
Interviews & follow-up
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates, prepare interview reports, and follow each recruitment process through to completion.
Continuous improvement
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
