Understand recruitment needs in collaboration with hiring managers.

Post job ads and manage applications.
Sourcing
Source talent through a variety of recruitment channels.
Interviews & follow-up
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates, then write up interview reports and follow through on each recruitment process.
Continuous improvement
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
