Post job adverts and manage applications.
Sourcing
Source talent through a variety of recruitment channels.
Interviews & follow-up
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates, then write up interview reports and follow each recruitment process through.
Continuous improvement
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
