The context
Multi-store high-tech retail, one centralized ERP
Shopina Tech is a retail chain specializing in the sale of smartphones, phones, accessories, and other hightech products, with several stores located in Antananarivo and Tamatave.
Before the project, each Shopina Tech point of sale operated with limited integration between sales, inventory, payroll, and accounting, which made it difficult to centralize information, efficiently manage a large high-tech product catalog, and maintain consistent customer service across all stores.
The stakes for Shopina Tech were to efficiently manage multiple high-tech retail stores, gain real-time visibility on inventory and financials, support loyalty and promotional strategies, and improve the overall customer experience while reducing manual workload for their teams.

A unified, multi-store retail system built on Odoo
Shopina Tech wanted a multi-store retail solution that would connect all their points of sale with advanced POS features and full back-office management, so that they could centralize their operations and better serve their customers.
- Implement a multi-store retail solution for several points of sale in Tanà, Tamatave, and Terre Rouge.
- Equip the POS with advanced features such as loyalty programs, gift cards, and promotions.
- Ensure complete management of inventory, payroll, and accounting within the same system.
- Centralize the high-tech product catalog and customer contacts to optimize sales and customer service.
The proposed solution
An Odoo ERP rollout based on in-depth analysis and workshops
The project began with a complete analysis of Shopina Tech’s Odoo environment through business discovery and themed workshops, leading to clear deliverables and a validated roadmap. CAPTIVEA then deployed Odoo ERP with the Employees, Time Off, Payroll, Accounting, Sales, and Inventory apps to connect HR, finance, sales, and supply chain, automate key transactions, and provide real-time data for better operational and commercial decisions.
