Captivea USA first carried out a complete analysis of Unique Touch Events’ existing Odoo environment through business discovery workshops by theme and user group, produced detailed deliverable documents, presented the findings, and handled feedback, laying the groundwork for an Odoo ERP setup with Accounting, Invoicing, Project, CRM, Sales, Rental, and Events modules to streamline operations, automate billing and quoting, and centralize data.
