Accounting Odoo Consultant (M/F)
Lead Odoo implementation projects for companies across a wide range of industries, following Captivea's methodology, and translate client requirements into software solutions. As the expert on accounting modules and the internal point of reference for accounting matters, you will also implement other Odoo modules (Manufacturing, CRM, HR, etc.).

Technical skills
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in accounting, finance or a related field
- At least 2 years' experience in finance or accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Odoo is a plus

Day to day
Your responsibilities
Needs analysis & accounting expertise
Understand the project scope and analyse client requirements, lead analysis workshops and deliver software demonstrations. Study and evaluate existing accounting processes and recommend improvements using Odoo features. Act as the key reference for accounting modules and support colleagues’ projects on accounting matters (for both colleagues and clients).
Project management
Define and monitor the project plan with the client and internal teams; plan, track and adjust project phases according to constraints and priorities; lead follow-up meetings, report on progress, ensure clear communication, and document decisions and changes.
ERP implementation
Define and estimate tasks, install and configure modules (particularly accounting modules), customise the solution using implementation tools (Studio, automated actions, scheduled actions), import data, write specifications and work with developers.
Customer satisfaction
Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the project: train and support end users, proactively suggest improvements to optimise their processes and ensure compliance with Captivea's methodology.
Pre-sales
Contribute to pre-sales activities: work with the sales team to analyse prospects’ initial requirements, propose suitable solutions and deliver functional demonstrations tailored to their business.
