Captivea began by performing a complete analysis of Systhen’s Odoo environment, running business discovery workshops by theme and stakeholder group, creating detailed deliverable documents, presenting them, and incorporating feedback. On this basis, Odoo ERP was deployed as the central system, connecting finance, sales, services, supply chain, HR and marketing through apps such as Accounting, Invoicing, CRM, Sales, Subscriptions, Inventory, Purchase, Maintenance, Employees, Time Off, Fleet, Events, Marketing Automation, Surveys, Project, Timesheet, Helpdesk, Dashboard and Odoo Studio, delivering time savings, productivity gains and better decision-making through tailored dashboards.
