WHO IS ENERGIS FD ?

Founded in 1989 in Madagascar, EnergisFD designs and delivers innovative solutions for water storage, clarification, and distribution. The company relies on proprietary, award-winning technologies such as REEPS (an underground water reservoir with a lifespan of over 100 years) and BIOKLAIR (chemical-free biological water clarification). It designs, manufactures, and assembles most of its solutions in its own workshops in Madagascar. Its clients span local authorities, the mining industry, construction, agriculture, and hospitality.

THEIR NEEDS

ENERGIS FD needed to digitize and centralize its HR management, covering employees, contracts, departments, positions, time off, and payroll, all tailored to the company's own salary structures and rules. The client also needed secure and scalable user access management, along with a clean, qualified database.
