ENERGIS FD
Founded in 1989 in Madagascar, EnergisFD designs and delivers innovative solutions for water storage, clarification, and distribution. The company relies on proprietary, award-winning technologies such as REEPS (an underground water reservoir with a lifespan of over 100 years) and BIOKLAIR (chemical-free biological water clarification). It designs, manufactures, and assembles most of its solutions in its own workshops in Madagascar. Its clients span local authorities, the mining industry, construction, agriculture, and hospitality.
The context
Digitizing and structuring HR management to support growth
ENERGIS FD is a Madagascar-based specialist in innovative water storage, clarification, and distribution solutions, serving local authorities and private-sector clients across multiple industries.
Before the project, ENERGIS FD managed HR data with fragmented tools and manual processes. Employee files, contracts, positions, time off, and payroll information were scattered across spreadsheets and separate documents, making it difficult to maintain reliable, up-to-date information and increasing the risk of errors.
For ENERGIS FD, the priority was to secure accurate HR and payroll data, standardize processes across the company, and put a scalable foundation in place to support future growth while maintaining compliance with its internal rules and salary structures.

ENERGIS FD wanted to digitize and centralize all HR management in Odoo, with processes aligned to the company's own salary rules and structures, and a secure, scalable framework for user access and data quality.

The proposed solution
An Odoo HR foundation built on analysis and tailored configuration
Captivea Madagascar began the project with a complete analysis of ENERGIS FD’s Odoo environment to confirm feasibility, budget, approach, and timeline. Based on this, they implemented a dedicated HR scope in Odoo ERP using the Employees, Time Off, and Payroll applications, configured to match ENERGIS FD’s organizational structure, salary rules, and access rights. The result is centralized, real-time HR data, automated leave and payroll processes, and simplified management of employee files.
The first step of this project is to perform a complete analysis of the client's Odoo environment.
