IT Project Manager – Methodology & Quality Coordinator
The IT Project Manager – Methodology & Quality Coordinator will support the ERP Quality and Knowledge Director, with the primary objective of structuring project practices and improving the overall efficiency of project teams.

Technical skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in an IT environment or an IT services company
- Experience in software/tool integration is a plus, particularly with ERP systems
- Client relationship experience is required
- Strong command of project management and related methodologies
- Good knowledge of project management tools
- Experience with Odoo is a plus

Day to day
Your role and responsibilities
Training & Coaching
Train, support and coach teams in understanding and applying the CAPTIVEA project methodology.
Methodology Monitoring
Ensure on a daily basis that the methodology is followed across projects and that it is correctly applied by the teams.
Project Reviews
Conduct project reviews, analyse project progress, and prepare accurate, well-structured reports.
Analysis & Quality
Read and interpret data from the automated monitoring system, explain any discrepancies, and contribute to internal quality investigations, particularly with respect to adherence to required steps and client approvals.
Alerts & Improvement
Identify and report anomalies, discrepancies, and critical issues to the Director of ERP Quality and Knowledge, and contribute to identifying suitable solutions.
