Captivea Luxembourg started the project by carrying out a complete analysis of Indoor Forest’s Odoo environment, combining business discovery and themed workshops with different teams and domains. This approach produced clear deliverable documents, presented to and refined with the client, to confirm feasibility, budget, project approach and timelines. On this foundation, Odoo was positioned as the central ERP covering finance, services, supply chain, human resources, CRM, sales and productivity, using standard applications such as Accounting, Expenses, Documents, Sign, Project, Timesheet, Planning, Appointments, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Discuss, Dashboard, Knowledge, Employees, Surveys, CRM and Sales.
