Captivea Luxembourg began with a complete analysis of Topsolar’s Odoo environment, running business discovery workshops by theme and team to understand their processes, confirm feasibility, validate the budget, define the implementation approach and timeline, and deliver clear documentation. Building on this foundation, Odoo ERP with dedicated apps such as Project, Planning, Appointments, Invoicing, Sign, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Surveys, Discuss, Knowledge and Employees was structured to automate tasks, centralise information, optimise purchasing and inventory, and support sustainable growth in Topsolar’s renewable energy projects.
