TC International is a company specializing in integrated logistics solutions and supply chain management. It supports clients from strategy to execution, offering tailored services such as warehousing, transportation, temperature-controlled logistics, and digital tools (EDI, WMS, telematics).
Before the project, TC International was working on the standard version of Odoo, which did not fully support advanced logistics and trading requirements such as blanket order management and deeper process automation. Key workflows required manual intervention, and the ERP was not yet fully aligned with the company’s trading activity and specific operational scenarios.
For TC International, it was critical to establish a reliable, scalable ERP foundation that could support complex logistics services, reduce manual workload through automation, and ensure that trading and operational workflows were accurately reflected in Odoo to sustain growth and service quality.

Captivea began the project with a complete analysis of TC International’s existing Odoo environment, organising business discovery and themed workshops with the different teams. This approach made it possible to confirm the feasibility of the requested evolutions, validate the project budget and timeline, and formalise detailed deliverables describing how Odoo would be adapted to support blanket orders, process automation, and the company’s trading workflows.
