Stepcraft designs and manufactures top-of-the-line CNC systems that combine German engineering with American manufacturing, serving professionals, hobbyists, and families who need precise, fast, and easy-to-use equipment.

Captivea USA began with a complete analysis of Stepcraft’s Odoo environment, running business discovery workshops by theme and team to fully understand their processes, then configuring Odoo modules such as Project, Timesheet, Helpdesk, Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Quality, Sales, CRM, eLearning, Employees, and Website tools to centralise information, automate workflows, optimise purchasing and invoicing, and support their e-commerce and customer service activities.
