Captivea USA began with a complete analysis of Stepcraft’s Odoo environment, running business discovery workshops by theme and team to fully understand their processes, then configuring Odoo modules such as Project, Timesheet, Helpdesk, Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Quality, Sales, CRM, eLearning, Employees, and Website tools to centralize information, automate workflows, optimize purchasing and invoicing, and support their eCommerce and customer service activities.
