Captivea Luxembourg began by performing a complete analysis of MaxGlow’s Odoo environment through business discovery and themed workshops, producing detailed deliverables, presenting them, and handling feedback. On this basis, Odoo ERP was implemented with the Invoicing, Planning, CRM, Sales, Employees and Time Off apps to centralise data, streamline scheduling, automate administrative HR and leave processes, and give MaxGlow real-time visibility on its cleaning services, customers and financial flows.
