IMMOCEE SPRL

Since 2011, ImmoCEE SPRL’s management has approved more than 1,450 solar installations in Belgium and Luxembourg, with over 45,000 panels installed and nearly 3,000 inverters. In addition, more than 70 residential heat pumps have been commissioned, either for full heating or to support existing central heating (oil/gas).

The context

A solar energy specialist looking to centralise its activities

IMMOCEE SPRL operates in the energy supply sector, specialising in solar panel installations and residential heat pumps across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Before the project, management of ImmoCEE’s numerous activities relied on separate tools and processes, making it difficult to maintain a centralised view of operations, projects and financial data within their existing Odoo environment.

The objective was to put in place a reliable, centralised system for managing all activities, control project timelines and costs, and provide management with clear visibility to maintain client satisfaction and support the continued growth of solar and heat pump installations.

Their needs

Clarifying the Odoo project and centralising management

To centralise the management of its numerous activities, ImmoCEE chose to entrust Captivea with the management of its Odoo environment.

  • Gain clarity and confidence about the project’s feasibility and the proposed Odoo setup.
  • Make sure Captivea has a thorough understanding of ImmoCEE’s business model and operational specificities.
  • Lock in a clear budget, scope, and implementation approach for the Odoo environment.
  • Secure an agreed project timeline and well-defined deliverables to steer the deployment.

The proposed solution

A structured Odoo assessment leading to a centralised ERP

Captivea Luxembourg began with an in-depth assessment of ImmoCEE’s Odoo environment, conducting business discovery workshops by theme and team, preparing detailed deliverable documents, presenting them, and incorporating feedback. Based on this, the Odoo ERP was implemented with applications for marketing, finance, services, supply chain, communication, sales, website, human resources, and customisation. This enabled centralised information, automated billing, quick quote generation, optimised inventory management, activity-tracking dashboards, communication campaigns, and the development of eCommerce activities.

The first step of this project is to perform a complete analysis of the client's Odoo environment.

Analysis objectives

  • To be reassured on the faisability
  • Show that we understood their business
  • To confirm a budget
  • To know and confirm how we will do it
  • Know the timeline
