The context

Modernising retail operations with a unified ERP

HIFI international is a wholesale and retail specialist in electronics and home appliances, operating an e-commerce site and 10 physical stores across Luxembourg.

Before the project, HIFI international managed a fast-growing product catalogue and multi-store operations with fragmented tools that made it harder to coordinate e-commerce and in-store sales, keep product data consistent, and maintain a clear view of stock and performance.

The objective was to support growth across all sales channels, ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience online and in-store, and gain better visibility over products, inventory, and operations to enable faster, data-driven decisions.

Their needs

A scalable ERP backbone for omnichannel retail

HIFI international wanted an integrated ERP system to connect their e-commerce site and stores, centralise their data, and streamline daily operations across products, inventory, sales, and logistics.

  • Centralise product, customer, and sales data across e-commerce and physical stores.
  • Streamline inventory and replenishment processes for a large and evolving product range.
  • Support consistent and efficient operations in all 10 stores and online.
  • Gain clear, consolidated visibility into activity and performance to guide your business decisions.

The proposed solution

Deploying Odoo ERP at the core of retail and e-commerce operations

Captivea Luxembourg implemented Odoo ERP as HIFI international’s core system to integrate their e-commerce site with 10 physical stores, centralise operational data, and support day-to-day retail processes, enabling smoother omnichannel management and a stronger platform for future growth.

The first step of this project is to perform a complete analysis of the client's Odoo environment.

  • To be reassured on the feasibility
  • Show that we understood their business
  • To confirm a budget
  • To know and confirm how we will do it
