Captivea USA initiated the project with a complete analysis of Corzic Music’s Odoo environment, running business discovery and themed workshops to understand their processes, confirm feasibility, budget, and timeline, and define how Odoo ERP would replace their limited industry-specific software. The solution is built around Odoo’s standard apps across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Human Resources, Services, and Customisation, providing a single, integrated system that automates transactions, centralises information, and delivers real-time visibility for better decision-making.
