This approach mapped existing processes in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchase, Sales, Finance, Invoicing and Expenses, identified risks and improvement levers, and resulted in structured deliverable documents presenting findings, recommendations, a proposed budget and a realistic timeline, which were then presented and refined with the client’s feedback.
