RedBones is a family-owned restaurant and bar in Fort Myers, Florida, known as a historic local landmark with a relaxed, nostalgic atmosphere just steps from Terry Park and the city’s River District.
Before the project, RedBones had grown around its unique venue and loyal customer base faster than its internal tools, making it harder to follow day-to-day activity, keep information consistent across the restaurant and bar, and obtain an overall view of performance.
The challenge was to preserve the warm, personal, small-business experience guests expect while gaining better control over sales and operations, so that service stays smooth, decisions are based on reliable data, and the business can continue to grow sustainably.

Captivea USA implemented Odoo ERP for RedBones in 2024 as the core system for the restaurant-bar, structuring key processes around a single platform and leveraging Odoo’s ERP, retail and point of sale capabilities to give the owners real-time visibility into activity and performance, while keeping day-to-day operations simple and efficient for staff.
