Captivea began the project with a detailed analysis of Mels Hus’s Odoo environment, conducting business discovery workshops by theme and stakeholder group to fully understand processes, then defining deliverable documents, presenting them, and incorporating feedback. This structured approach prepared the deployment of Odoo ERP modules across finance, sales, marketing, inventory, human resources, services, and e-commerce to streamline operations and support the platform’s growth.
