The context

Modernising operations for a multi-campus business school

ECORIS SAS is a higher education group specialising in business-focused training programmes, with campuses in Chambéry, Annecy, Annemasse, Lyon, and Geneva and over 40 years of experience in student-centred teaching.

Before the project, ECORIS managed its various campuses and training programmes with processes that made it difficult to have a unified, real-time view of activities, which limited the ability to coordinate teams and streamline operations across the group.

The key priorities for ECORIS were to secure reliable, consolidated information for all campuses, improve collaboration between teams, and support a seamless student experience while sustaining growth and employability-focused teaching.

Their needs

A unified ERP to streamline operations across all ECORIS campuses

ECORIS wanted to implement Odoo ERP with Captivea to streamline the management of all its operations and gain a clear, shared view of activities across its campuses.

  • To be confident about the feasibility of the project and the chosen solution.
  • To ensure their specific business processes and educational model were clearly understood.
  • To confirm a realistic budget and a concrete, detailed plan to execute the project.
  • To know the project timeline and ensure visibility on each phase of the rollout.

The proposed solution

A comprehensive Odoo analysis as the foundation for a successful ERP rollout

Captivea began by carrying out a complete analysis of ECORIS’s Odoo environment, conducting business discovery workshops by theme, group of people, and domain to fully understand their operations. Based on these interactions, Captivea created structured deliverable documents, presented them to ECORIS, and managed feedback to refine the target solution. On this basis, Odoo CRM, Sales, Sign, and Email Marketing were implemented to centralise information, automate sales processes and electronic signatures, and optimise targeted communication and follow-up across all campuses.

The first step of this project is to perform a complete analysis of the client's Odoo environment.

Analysis objectives
